We want to use the contact probe in a thermal environment, but what is the heat resistance status.

<Verification in a thermal environment>
Verification conditions:
The contact probe was placed in an environment of -40°C and 120°C every hour, and this was repeated 10 times to observe changes in load and resistance value.

Result:
There is almost no change in load due to the thermal environment under these conditions.There was an increase in resistance.
<Current application verification>
Verification environment:
The contact probe was applied to DC6A for 0.5 seconds and waited for 1 second 200 times, and changes in load and resistance values were observed.
Temperature measurement point:
Measurement by contacting the plunger tip and barrel with a thermocouple.

Result:
There is almost no change in load due to the application of current.The resistance value increased depending on the individual.
