Difficulty in Handling Thin Needle Probes.

Having trouble picking up needle probes under 30μ when replacing them. Is there a better way?

Check your tweezers. It is also possible to process tweezers to make it easier to use.

 

 

Tweezers that fall under the following categories may be difficult to use.

 

 ・There is a gap at the tip

 ・The tip of the tweezers is too thick for the needle probe.

 ・There is a gap at the tip when the tweezers are closed.

 ・Needle probes can get dirty from hand oils and dirt.

 ・Needle probes can bend due to the amount of force applied.

 ・Very difficult to pick up.

 

 

< How to process tweezers >

 

Sand in the direction of the arrow with sandpaper (like #1000).

It is recommended to align the tip by processing and reduce the thickness of the tweezer tip appropriately.
